As a community of believers, it is our role to encourage and support each person as the move on their respective journey, heading towards home. To reunite each person into a personal relationship with God, and to allow Gods love to do the healing and cleansing.

Spiritual Practices we embrace to help us along our journey:

  • Get Involved in Service and Missional activities – sharing your gifts and talents
Share your experience of God’s love and grace in your life with others… inviting them to start their own Journey.
  • Pray regularly – pray for others, pray for the world, pray for the church, pray for yourself and family.
  • Get involved in study groups and disciple groups
Get connected with others in the church, participate in fellowship and various activities so that you grow your faith together and in support of one another.
  • Become a Member of Spacer First United Methodist Church (contact the pastor when you are ready).
  • Give of your time, your talents and your resources in support of the church, its missions and its efforts to share the word and the love of Jesus Christ.

Risk Taking Mission and Service

“Mission is an outward expression of our faith in Jesus Christ. Because of what Jesus has done in our lives, we develop a desire to share our blessings of love and grace with others… helping them restore their relationship with Christ, and commence their journey towards home. Our missional task is to be active participants in God’s mission – to restore each person’s relationship with God.
